Anybody pay on a Performance related basis and can this be done?
Sorry about this, can i take someone on part time, less than £110 a week and then i don't have to worry about paying tax and ins for them?

This is the best site I have found in the past :
http://www.businesslink.gov.uk/bdotg/action/layer?r.s=tl&topicI...
It has an interactive tool that asks questions and creates a bespoke employment contract template you can download and use...
I don't think i'd enjoy working for you.

Don’t break my tools then, in all seriousness, it is beginning to get on my nerves how careless some people are.

thanks for all the links.
He was fantastic at the start, now he should be getting the idea, getting faster and not need me telling him everything and he certainly should not be, texting on the phone, standing around, being careless with tools, swearing on site very loudly, not wearing his uniform and my favourite when I ask him to do something not say “why what you gonna do”
Just a snippet into my new problems.
If i was at school evrybody would be clapping, fight, fight, fight.......:)
