Sports massage

Hi all,

First time I'm posting on here and I just wanted to know if any of you put through massages as an expense? I feel like we are using our bodies a lot more than other people, and if we are injured, we are not able to work, so prevention is better than cure and a good sports massage can help keep things working properly. But can this be qualified as a business expense? How do these corporate companies get away with giving their employees subsidised massages etc? 

Would love to hear your views on this. Its not something we can really afford regularly, but seems like a necessity in a way.

    yes -- will be putting chiropractor sessions through this year - havent done previously  but have been assured its fine.

    I've been having massages to ease knots and aches for a couple of years now. Only started putting them through the books this year as I'm told if I was sat in an office I wouldn't need them so they're work related. Don't know if that's correct but why not?

    I have been doing the same for some while. I visit an osteopath and would highly recommend a visit. I have had a few issues that he has sorted
