Speedyroute.com - alternatives?

Just putting together a massive tender for a multiple site visit, multiple county tender. Thought I'd see if I could find a good route calculator than allowed me to schedule number of visits etc and work out the most efficient routes. Speedyroute seems OK, but I have to set the number of vehicles to 4 to cover 2 days of 2 vans and it doesn't factor in the most efficient grouping, as far as I can see.

Does anyone out there use anything similar? Any recommendations?
