Tender for the Provision of Landscaping, Groundwork Improvement & Minor
Construction Works.


The establishment of Framework Agreements to undertake and construct external environmental improvement works, hard and soft landscaping works, ground-works and minor construction works. This will Include but not limited to the following works: grass, plants and trees, paths, roads, street furniture, car parks, cycle ways, flood relief works earthworks,
walls, fencing and gates, new stores and cycle sheds, drainage, underground services, external lighting, playing fields and sports grounds, play areas, communal art, and the maintenance of any constructed/installed works during any relevant defects liability period.
