Sourcing commercial contracts.

Hi guys,

Currently building up my client base of domestic customers for garden maintenance in the Norwich area, working part time self employed and part time employed as I build this.

So far I have a 100% domestic client base and was wondering if anyone could give information and advice on how to find and what to do to source a commercial contract. I would like to seek out one or two commercial contracts, (private block of flats, business park etc.) but am not confident on what would be the best way about going about this to be taken seriously.

Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated.
