Be interested to know the rough upfront and ongoing costs of RG, very little info on the net.
We looked and decided it was not for us many many years ago. The US website is vague regarding costs when compared to competitor products.
RG moved to a monthly subscription model for the cloud based platform a couple of years ago.
If you're multivan, multi stop services, then it's really effective once set-up and you've gone through the learning curve. The map based scheduling / route optimisation is very good and gives me great efficiency gains in my time and technician utilisation.
For smaller numbers of customers (say sub 250), then it may be overkill.
We've used it for around 4 years and find it easy to use and train staff on.
