    We use the mantis with scarifier attachment for small gardens where we need to walk through the house for access. Works well, very narrow working width with a gap in the middle, so effectively does a 6" width per run. Always needs multiple passes. With the honda engine feels strong and smooth. Also fairly quiet.

      Yep, mine bounces too, and it has the mantis/echo engine which isn't too smooth on my particular one.
