    Hi Michael

    Will the other party have a solicitor present?
    What reason did the clients give for not paying?

    Also whats the sum if you dont mind me asking?

    Hi Micheal

    Was about to ask the same question shortly as thinking of taking a client there myself.

    From what i have been told is have all communications/paperwork/contracts there with you and if possible have your solicator as they know the system and are a big advantage.

    Good luck with the case and would be interested in having a chat afterwards about the process.
