Site engineer / surveyor / structural engineer required in Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Hi are there any site engineers in the Tunbridge Wells area. I visited a potential new client yesterday, they need advice on their split level garden that has a tall retaining wall which they would ideally like to lower by at the very least a metre. There are surrounding walls to adjoining houses too. Who would be able to advise on the technical side of this? Do I need a surveyor? Where to start.....Any advice much appreciated!ThanksKaren
