Signal blue dye

I've spilt a fifty pence size of blue on a concrete slab, I know over a little period of time it will disappear but the client is getting a little excited about it is they anything that will make it shift quickly?

    Pressure washer, but it will disappear after exposure to uv rays

    try a bit of wasing liquid on it for 30 miniuts then scrub and rince or bicarbonate of soda might do it
