  • From what you say Rich, your self employed person should be employed.  It is worth checking the rules as you could be liable for your employers portion of Nat Insurance contributions - back-dated.

    It's not as simple as him giving you an invoice each month. You need to check the HMRC online page and be honest with yourself. Otherwise you really could end up in trouble with them!
