secure storage, workshop needed

After 20 years on the same site we are now losing it to developers.

I have 3 20ft shipping containers and parking for van and 2 trailers. We are based on the northern edge of Leeds and are now hunting around for a new site to work from. At the moment I have found nothing despite hunting for three weeks.

My question is do any members on this site, who are based near me, have any leads to pass on?

Really grateful as we are stumped.

    ho far out of town and is it just a yard you want it hire

      Live in Adel ,so idealy within 20 mins in any direction. I am thinking of buying a couple of containers and renting a yard but in the perfect world would like secure storage with some parking for van and trailer.

    Have you tried local trade nurseries or small family plant centres 

    when I lived Garforth near A1 a few places rented lock ups and containers and they were secure as the families often lived on site

    have you tried asking at the quarry on kings lane, or som of the farmers round and about 

    i used to know a bloke near golden acre but he died a bit back and i do not know whome now owns the land 

    you could ask if you can park them at emerdale plenty of securaty there

      Hi david, used to work from the quarry years ago but it was cash only and no access after 5!

      The local farms are no good either, no joy at ones I've called in and one near the quarry has already had problems with the planners due to neighbour complaints.

      The old boy who died at the farm, his daughter took it over and kicked every out, tree surgeon and a landscaper, they are after planning on it.
