I guess you mean a "chamfer" down each edge. I'm sure if you say where you live, someone can help.

Are you talking about planed ‘European’ style posts where the corners are chamfered ?
If so, try a Hillhout or Forest stockists. I’ve used their 10cm post as they give a modern look - not sure if they do a 15cm / 6in post ?
I think you'll find the picture actually shows a picture of an edge that has been "radiused" ( ie rounded") rather than "chamfered" where a flat is created at 45 degrres to the post side which makes it a lot easier for Joe to measure his 1" wide.

Any good sawmill would be able to cut wood to your spec. Look for one that has pressure treatment facilities. If they don't champfer then buy a cheapr router and a chapfering bit and do it yourself
