Currently I'm trying out PHPBMS, which im finding very interesting - and Im seriously considering using it next year. It also allows for stock control etc - worth a look. Its Open-source and free, but does require some IT understanding to get up and running.

Hi Sefton, we use quickbooks accounting for invoicing and payroll, and excel for work scheduling, I also have three employees plus myself oh and the missus part time lol
