Mine is the same as this:
Hi Gareth
Just looking at the image on this page: http://www.ritchiespecs.com/specification?type=&category=Mini+E...
It does appear there is a plate where I'd expect to see the grease nipple for tightening/adjusting the track tension.
Is there a plate on the machine you have?
Hi Phil that image is of the more common PC03-2, my model is the PC03-1.
Thanks Gareth
Is there any kind of plate?
Could adjustment be via a spring loaded bolt rather than a grease piston?

Theres isn't a plate but there is 2 bolts which have hex heads that can't be adjusted once the circular runner is in place but could be before hand. On the other end they have an approx. 0.5m diameter suqare head. It would probably be possible to adjust it via this however access is pretty poor, especially for the one on the inside of the track, I don't think I have a screw driver head that would fit this but may see if I can get one. Think this must be why this design aspect was changed on the later model, just seemed like there must be an easier way.
I can't answer your question directly, but this may help: http://www.repair-guidebook.com/index.php/komatsu-pc03-2-hydraulic-...
Cheers Phil & Roy for looking. I managed to get it off site and home with the track temporary on. I've got an agricultural engineer looking at it tomorrow with hopefully some more specialist tools to tighten it furthur.
Hope you are able to fix the track promptly Gareth, very time consuming when this type of thing happens, hopefully you will be working again very soon!
Isn't Modern Technology wonderful! after looking at this post I was wandering round the Internet when this popped up.

How did this end up Gareth?
