Rosemary Leaf Beetle.

This year I've noticed an increase of rosemary leaf beetle (chrysolina americana) mostly on lavender.

Although they are colourful, metallic green and purple pinstripe, they can decimate rosemary, lavender, thyme, sage, and perovskia.

Personally I wouldn't spay.

Pick off by hand and squash.
