Rogue customer list ?

Is there such thing as a rogue customer list? The type of list bad payers, nightmare clients etc can be put on? Or is it against human rights like every thing else is in the world today? It just came to me this afternoon, i know of a person that is a continual bad payer, she likes to get work done then refuses to pay, it's not just gardening, she pretty much rips off all tradesmen and women, I warned a local Gardener not to work for her, but like all things this fell on deaf ears and he went along anyway, now over £1000 in arrears and no chance other than small claims of getting his money.... Anyway back to the subject in hand, is there such a list? Many thanks Harry

  • i dont think there is enough storage capacity in the world for such a list...it would be endless

  • I wondered about this before, and a good trawl through the internet didn't turn up much except for rumours of such a list existing, but no one knowing where to access it :)

If only there was such a list! But alas, I'd imagine it would be counted as slander.

I will "advise" people though if I encounter a non-payer and hear they have contracted someone else.
