Risk Assessment and Method Statement

Hi I wonder if you could help, we have been asked if we would like to tender for a Grounds maintenance contract at a local care home but after reading the tender contract it specifies us to submit risk assessments and a method statement. If you have any advise on how to generate these or if anybody has a template we could work with that would be great. This is all new to us so hope you guys can help me out! thanks

    Reminds me of my days with Harrow council where red tape, risk assessments etc seemed to stop us getting any work done.... one of the reasons I left!!

    ?? Geof, RAMS dont stop you doing work, there established to help you get on with the work. Its not red tape, its common sense and a requirement for many commercial client's.
