Overview
This economical Riven paving has a traditional feel with textured surfaces, is available in 5 colours, a variety of sizes and has a two ring circle option with squaring off kit. The colours and texture are designed to reflect natural stone; creating paving slabs that are ‘individual’ in nature.
In my experience I have found reconstituted stone will weather in a similar way to natural stone, therefore the effect of the elements and site conditions may cause some colour change dependant on the degree of exposure
I always recommended to achieve a beautiful patio with this product, a variety of sizes and colours are utilised. In my opinion a mix of colours will provide an element of sophistication to the finished patio, aids in breaking up the mono colour of large patio, which can look uninteresting and barren at times. Mixing the sizes and laying the paving in a random pattern, which takes a little planning, will achieve a patio with interest, unsusceptible to problems of balance, wobbly lines and give a traditional feel.
I've found the paving is easy to cut and shape with a diamond cutting blade.
The product is good substitute where a budget requires the use of reconstituted stone paving instead of natural stone.
