Resin bonding and stainless steel

Could you good people help me out with some questions please?

1) Stainless steel. Where is the best place to purchase this from, what is the best way to cut it and how do you attatch it/ fix it. Do you make up a wooden structure then screw to that or some other way?

2) Resin bonded aggregates. Where is the best place to purchase this from?

I am trading in South Wales and we are still in the dark ages when it comes supply of these more modern ideas. I have never seen them on sale anywhere and dont have a clue where to start!
