I was a fan of the old Kubota machines. The newer ones are not supposed to be as good. I am trying out the equivalent iseki and john deere machines next week. The best machine I have used recently was a grillo but they are big money (around 24-26 k)

I just pulled the trigger on the G21-E! I have been informed that it's the same machine as the original (apart from not having power steering) and having looked at the 2120 it was obviously a step down from what I was used to just on build quality but of course that is reflected in the price.
The Grillo gear does look good and I might have a look at something in their walk behind range. Would be interested to hear your thoughts on the Iseki/JD tractors.
