I don't think all of the wild flowers will have all germinated with in the next month so the spraying won't get them. I'm not sure if they will come through the turf but if they do use a selective on them.
as dave c says too early for the herbiside and spraying a newly laid lawn is not recomended so its down to mowing reguarly for a coupple of months before spraying and some of the wild flower seeds can stay dorment for a few years
Thanks, I realise it is not the "right" way to do it....but needs must and I really don't have the time (or energy) to clear off the wild flower turf, dig it over, re-level and lay new turf. I won't spray until it starts regrowing in April ish.....
It's got to look pucker for July, as there is a big wedding if COVID allows 😊
Surely you need to rotovate it before turf?
