Managed to spray some Indian sandstone with blue marker dye last week (edges of a lawn), wonder would the vinegar lift it?
I would expect the blue marker dye to fade within a few days, it is broken down by sunlight and rain.

if it's the proper stuff it is indeed both photo and hydro degradable.
Don't do anything, the wrong chemical applied might just 'fix' it permanently.
