Recommended Ipad /Iphone Apps that can be used for Garden Maintenance

i ve been looking for any advice or recommended Apps that I use on my ipad or phone to help me do work on the move on my ipad such as!
handling invoicing and receipt's
Composing Quotes via email too
general Book keeping
accounting stuff
if possible can be synced with Calendar

instaed of me having to do it all on the laptop all time

I have been using the calender on my ipad / iphone as my diary if anyone had any hints or tips how to make better would be Appreciated

    I have my @ gmail email on my phone, my google calendar is on my phone, this all scents to my ipad when I'm home. Albet I have no good apps that helps me on a day to day basis.
