They are always on hand for a quick telephone call and don't seem to mind what must seem silly questions and queries. I can't recommend them highly enough, after my experience with the last lot that built me one I was looking for a company that had time to explain things clearly and they certainly did that.

You could always look at using wordpress / moonfruit and getting a free theme online - potential savings but need a bit of time to get them up to scratch I think.
