Re-Introduction to LJN

Hi All.

After quite a stretch away from LJN and dealing with being employed by companies that treat employees as numbers (common countywide disease I feel), I thought April 1 would be a great time to take the plunge back into self employment, and therefore re-introduce myself to LJN.

I look forward to communicating with old and new members, especially Graeme BGS & Phil who I would like to publically thank for their welcome way back when, and Graeme for all the help you gave me which most definitely, and literally kept me under a roof. Thank you.

Got a bit to do on start up including a slightly different slant on marketing which combines "introduction" cards, "luke warm" calling (not cold), doorstep advertising, and targeted follow up cards all-in-one.

Once it is up and running, and rather than clog up the forum, I will blog the process (in case it may help others who could be like me and fear the dreaded cold calling) & keep the results updated.

David.

    Welcome back David.

LJN is now 7 years old and I'm seeing quite a few members who were with us at the start returning. There is a clear cycle emerging.

Good luck with your new venture and I hope that - and this goes for everyone else too - you find the peer support as strong as ever.

    Kind regards

    Phil

    • Hi Phil.

Thank you for the welcome back & the good wishes.

It's really good to be here again.

Looking forward to returning into the swing of things!

Can't wait to hopefully help out with a bit of advice here and there.

      Kindest regards.

      David.

  • Welcome back David.

I wish you every success and if you need a few days of work every now and again, you know where I am.

    • Thanks Graeme, that means a lot & hope you and yours are well.

Have a small van on order and crossing the proverbial t's and dotting all those i's.

As ever your offer is very kind & I even have Tom Tom now so could get to you even quicker if required.

Look forward to catching up during that rarer mirage known as "downtime".
