Putting a stand in a mall

Has anyone put a sales stand in a mall to sell landscaping turfing etc. I am contemplating this next season in a well to do area which has had a big jump in new builds last year as well as the well heeled wanting a make over.Just wondering if i might have a chance of a ROI

The big drawback for me ignoring cost is the fact that you could be drawing clients from too far away to make it viable?
Also is footfall enough these days? I know I avoid going to town as I'm busy and internet shopping is far easier.

I would think you'd be better off leafleting or direct mailing the area in question - much more targeted.

  • Thats what I have always done and do pretty well out of it just trying to mix things up a bit. I think facebook shop adverts etc are useless and newspapers are dead.<br />
I priced a billboard at a busy local junction and it was £1200+vat a fortnight which a couple of really small local companies use repeatedly but that a bit of a punt
