Last year pushed hard with the company buiit up to seven lads , just before christmas had suspect  mild heart attack , now making some big changes amazing how life can change things so quick

      I am monkey for not switching off from work  think we all do it ,  looking at stopping weekends unless its needed  / giving more tasks to the staff , my team leader  is doing more with the company taking some stress of me .
