I cannot recommend a brand but for patios you need one with high water volume and high pressure at least 150psi to get a decent one it will be into 4 figures I think there was a thread on here a few weeks ago also be aware that a lot of conservatory roofs are not sealed at the top of the apex and water will get inside
We use a Kranzle 11/140 tst- it is the best pressure washer I have ever used and is seriously impressive. Makes a good Karcher look like a childs toy

I've been using a Karcher K5 for sometime now with good results - 145psi.
Thank you folks... some pointers there... I don't get enough use to justify the Kranzle, but it looks like an impressive machine.... I'm erring on a bigger K series from Kracher
