Please Help Me Choose Between APL or BALI

Are there any LJN members who are members of both BALI and APL who can help me decide which one to join up with. I have been considering either for some time and my head always says BALI but I only ever seem to read good things about APL and not much about BALI. I have asked this question before and received a reply from Dave Sewell who gave APL a glowing reference, I have also just read a discussion posted in January this year by Emily Massey who was asking the same thing and Dave Sewell again answered at length about APL but there wasn't much about BALI. I know that there are many Landscapers who are members of both organisations so would like to hear back from anyone who has an opinion on both of them.
