My pet hate is when most clients want you to do the impossible.
Or there paying you for one job and your nearing the end, they say "while you have a minute could you just to this small job" and they think you will do it for free, becuase its a "small job".
Pretty much the same - late payments, any sort of cr*p, bad weather, washing lines - and clients who give a list of what they want doing, rather than what needs to be done!
Oh yes I had one of those people, you know what you need to do and low and behold there is a list of jobs that can't be done because of the correct time of year to do the job or other things need doing first. I used to waste half an hour explaining why I couldn't do everything on the list.

Washing lines, nightmare things. Cables (always brown) hidden in climbers, why do people do that?
Getting your kit back from a 'Mate' in a worse state than you lent it in
Enormous bunches of keys, if it wasn't for criminals then we wouldn't need them.

Companies that advertise their services with an e-mail enquiry address, you e-mail them and get no reply.
People that look at junctions see you coming, don't go, look again see you coming a bit closer, don't go, one last look and pull out.
I could go on but my other pet hate is how quickly I'm turning into a grumpy old man!
