What does 24 hours mean? In one sitting? Over a year?

I have mine in a chemical box anyway, just some clarity from the rule makers is always good.

Like many Tweets, it’s is simply a headline reminder.

From a cursory read, many people would read it as ‘overnight’ storage.

The full rules are in the COPR introduced as part of the PA training.

On the HSE website there is a Factsheet covering storage of pesticides in stores, vehicles & machinery.

Many have a copy or have downloaded the COPPPs Regs where the full details of selecting, storage and usage of pesticides is documented.

  • i never store overnight i take what i need for day and sprayer is washed out each night ready for next job. i take my chemicle in its original container. and water if needed and mix what i need. when i finish have nothing in tank so can clean
