Pesticide consultation UK - Bayer sponsors stakeholder speaking on behalf of 'Amenity' industry

AMENITY AND LANDSCAPING ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP FORUM (THE AMENITY FORUM) http://www.amenityforum.co.uk/members.htm is far from representative of the industry. However the Amenity Forum is cited within the text itself of the current consultation on sustainable use of pesticides  http://www.defra.gov.uk/consult/files/consult-nap-pesticides-document-20120730.pdf as 1 of only 2 key stakeholder associations. Yet it is sponsored by Bayer!? Hardly objective or neutral and far from representative.
