Hello all,

We're YourTradeBase - an online tool to manage your paperwork and jobs.

We really believe that our tool can help you guys manage your business day to day, so we'd like to hear your thoughts and own problems that you have managing your paperwork and jobs.

Have you come home after work and just groan at the sight of paperwork sat at your desk?

How much of a hassle is paperwork for you?

What would you want from a system that helps you manage your paperwork and jobs?

Does it affect your day to day management of your business?

We have extended our trial length from 30 days to 45 days especially for you guys if you use the code LANDSCAPEJUICE45 when you sign up.

    Continuity and the ability to have different layouts from other users

    No, it affects my bedtime

    Website doesn't really show clear samples of paperwork, how it REALLY works etc.

    It's good for us to know that our website it's not being helpful at showing you how it really works - did you watch the video that we have on the home page?

    We should be addressing problems like this over the coming weeks.

    Can I ask, do you use any kind of paperwork management system at the moment?

    Just got my wife, who deals with most of my admin/paperwork, to sign up for the free trial. She has just created a basic sample quote & 1st impressions v impressed! Was simple, straight forward, editing options excellent. Created a basic quote in a couple of minutes. Will try out some of the other document templates. Thumbs up so far. Anything that makes our lives easier when it comes to the admin side of things is v welcome!

    Sending quote via email from your site comes from "message@yourtradebase.com" so would have to send to our own business email and then forward on to customer.

    Hi Dean,

    Yes that's how our system is working at the moment, but we're bringing in updates over the next few weeks that will make it so this doesn't happen, and the email will say it's from you.

    You can also download the PDF version of the piece of paperwork on to your computer and then attach it to an email too.

    Great, definitely need email to show coming from the business rather than YourTradeBase. Can you post updates as & when new elements such as that becomes available
