I was going to say jeyes for cleaning I do not know if the following will be any good for the smell, the tablets type thing you find in the urinals in nets hung on the walls ?
I would be worried about those tablets being harmful to pets/wildlife if any got in the binstore or it was trafficked out.
The Jeyes worked yesterday quite well and £9 for 4L which is ok. A little goes a long way.
