Have you thought about putting a landline number on it, including what geographical areas you cover, setting up a website you can refer to and getting a specific domain name rather than a gmail account? These all add up to improve your image.

I've only just set up the co, which I run as well as being a whole time firefighter, ( as my conditions of service and pension are being sent through the floor, which is another story ), I'm taking it on the nose and working my butt off to earn extra money through my previous job to the fire service. I know this maybe frowned upon, but I have a hard work ethic, and know how to motive people to work for me. I already have 15 main domestic clients and 12 commercial contracts subbed through another co.
