I shouldn't complain but i'm in the market for another full time employee, well should i say from Mar- End of Oct, more work in closed season if we can do it.

I need an experienced gardener or grounds maintenance employee. If i ever need another i will get a "lad", i don't wan't my no1 star full time chap under pressure having to keep a eye right on his arse all the time.

Where would you start looking?. I know the wage, type of employee and attributes he/she may need. Just where to find he/she.

    Gumtree is meant to be pretty good. I put an add on there this year and got a good response.
