Mulch / soil conditioner recommendations

Can any gardeners in the West Sussex (Haywards Heath) area recommend a supply of good quality mulch or horse manure /compost  or soil conditioner available in smaller quantities (eg. 50-200L bags) for the average-sized urban garden. I need to be able to recommend something for my clients that is easily available locally (or online) but is not too pricey. Could be available from a garden centre too but I’d like to know what is best rated out there. Thanks
