Mower drive belt

Hi

After some advice on my weibang svp50 mower. The drive belt is starting to look like it's about to snap and after having having good look underneath it seems to go round the blade and then a couple of pulleys to the back of the mower.

Is this an easy fix with a new belt or should I get it done by the dealer?

Had a look on YouTube but couldn't find anything on there. Seems to be alot of ride on mowers with belts.

Is there some sort of tensioner that can be released or do I remove one of the pulleys to get the belt on?

Any advice would be appreciated
