If it’s mower magic in lincoln I wouldn’t trust him as far as I could throw him!!
they will get more profit from the mitox.
that said they might not be bad machines as such.
i just know he tells lies with a straight face!
its only the machines i wont to know about, mower magic did me a very good deal on a weibang one year. thank you.
Well it’s like anything else you get what you pay for.....
you take your choice it might be brilliant it might not I guess.
now I think about it a mate bought a mitox chainsaw and it’s not bad at all.
i will say that cheap hedge cutters are probably the worst thing to buy cheap ime. Of all the cheaper tools I bought when starting out the hedge cutters always failed quickest.
since buying the top end stihl machines I’ve had no issues in years
An estate I do some work at has a Mitox long reach, the blade is quite short and the machine feels both cheap and unbalanced.
I will be replacing my 3 year old stihl kombi long reach with an Echo 265 HD soonish as I dont like the look of the new Stihls.
I bought one of the small saws last week though I'm yet to start it up to be honest. The build quality seems reasonable for the money (£165.00 inc VAT) I bought it after a friend had said he'd been impressed with his so far.
i am in two minds with them thanks everone
Hi Allen. No personal experience of mitox but the guy who services my machines stocks their kit. Good kit but not recommended for every day professional use he says.
How are you going to be using it? If it's just for the odd hour or two it could well do the job you want especially with that warranty. But if it's for extended periods of use you wanna be looking at the specs - weight, vibration etc compared to stihl, echo et al and you will probably see where some of the extra money goes on the pro kit.
As Glen stillman said I would look at the vibration ratings etc especially if you are using it for long periods.
i wont take a chance stihl it is then thank you everyone
Sounds like you've decided but if mower magic are that keen to sell mitox can they offer a demo?
