I have just joined the pro service and am hoping to get some advice on a request for a method statement & health and safety risk assessments for a commercial contract.
I have been involved in commercial work for the last eight years although this is the first time I have been requested to provide one.
This could be because this hotel is part of a chain and also that the contact value is the largest I have quoted for to date.
The services will be for a hotel and will involve general grounds maintenance (mowing, strimming, planting, weeding, etc.).
Please could I ask if anyone has any advice on links / templates that I could use from the site which would help me produce a version that would be suitable for the above?
Any help would be gratefully received.
