Hi Brian
Like you I have had customers, merchants and any number of other landscapers asking what the hell are Marshalls playing at.
Hi all,
The name has been changed to "Drivesys" to fit better with our other trademarked Driveway ranges. In the main, Marshalls driveway ranges start with the word "Drive" Eg, Drivesett, Driveline, Drivegrid. This works really well for us.
"Drivesys" - is the range name for products which are part of the Patented Driveway System, designed to be easy to use and give a unique premium look. The word Drivesys goes at the front of the product name, making it easy for you to know which products have the patented block design and jointing included.
Within the range we have made the actual product names really descriptive so that your customers know what finish you are getting eg ‘Original Cobble’ (formally Cobbletech) and ‘Split Stone’.
We know it is a bit of a pain when product names get changed, but we think in the long run this will help make sure everyone knows exactly what they are getting. If you would like any more info on the new product let me know and I can send you through a new range brochure.
Claire
Many thanks for making this clear Claire.

Just had a customer ring me to look at a cobbletech drive.
He has seen this on youtube but cannot find it anywhere because someone has decided to change the name of the product.
Thanks to that we now have to explain to customers that something sounding like a character out of only fools and horses is masquerading as cobbletech.
The customers words were Why as that does not make sense. Try explaining that to your customers
Thanks Marshall's for making my job of selling harder
