  Thanks Colin, had a look at this website, no Etesia listed but still loads of info for other machines and i noticed a huge list of briggs and Stratton engine manuals which many may find useful.

  Try ringing Etesia, they helped me out with a manual for mine.
  
  Etesia spares though- I had a nightmare getting a cable in the summer.

  As mentioned elsewhere, make sure you are dealing with an authorised main dealer. Don't find we have to wait too long unless it comes from France. Get most stuff within the week. Main dealers have online access to parts ordering, services bulletins etc.

   

  Another little trick, is find out who your Etesia Regional Manager is. We know our ours and often bump into him at the Dealers. A quick little phone call to him often sorts the problem out....

   

  It works both ways, as we sometimes get calls from them 'offering' ex-demo's, special offers etc.

  Good tips Gary. I rang one dealer and I had to spell the word Etesia to the person who answered the phone. I 'm still waiting a reply from my local dealer in Derby for an enquiry I made in August ;)

  I've just personally invited the Etesia Sales Manager to join LJN review, comment and put across a machinery suppliers view point on LJN.

   

  There are a number of LJN members (us included) you swear by their machines.

   

  Will be interested to see if Les takes the time contribute and address Dealer issues (which is not the first time I've heard such comments)....

   

  I've pointed out that LJN regularly appears on Google page 1 for landscaping topics so it is in their interests to participate, resolve, answer any questions/issues.

   

  Time will tell.
