Just use a domestic cold water tank.... the type people have in their lofts. There's all sorts of sizes and shapes though its going to be more pricey than a water butt. You'll have to drill a hole for the tap but that's pretty straightforward. You can even join 2 up next to each other for extra capacity if needed.
