Looking forward to positive 2016

Got my positive mind set in place and really looking forward to this year;

We all got together yesterday for coffees. a good chat, to sort out issues,  plan what we need to do & get.

I've always promoted a glass half full mentality, against others that seem to thrive on negativity which leads to a downward spiral.

One of the guys said he planned to drop using social media as he found it depressing at times. Brave Guy, but I can see his point.

There's truth in surrounding yourself with good people with a positive outlook. It creates a great work culture and makes life so much more enjoyable :)
