We occasionally venture into London and when we do the congestio charge (and now ULEZ) is built into our costs. We alsoonly have one vehicle in our fleet which complies with the ULEZ so would elect to take that.
I suspect that it may have more of an impact when the ULEZ zone increases in 30 months time to the areas inside the North and south Circular roads.
Wait for the day you are only allowed to use electric power tools and equipment in London and your van is checked as enter for prohibited engine kit, that will cause even more consternation.
