Have a look here - if they haven't got what you want, you probably won't find it anywhere. Just be aware that rebuilding flail mowers can be eye wateringingly expensive - last set of blades, shackles and pins for our Amazone GrassHopper was well, well over £1000......
Just bear in mind flails really should be replaced in 'rotor sets only' (ie the whole lot), preferably with the shackles, pins and any other wearing parts too else you get horrid vibrations and it destroys the rotor bearings really quickly due to excess loading.
