Never a week goes by without me getting an enquiry of some sort through members' pages here on LJN. I think the LJN contact page needs a little tweak.
People searching for services or products via the internet often land on a page particular page because it contains content that may meet their search criteria.
The searcher will normally have landed on a profile page, blog, forum post or photo but instead of clicking on the profile of the person who's added the content they click on the general contact link ....and unbeknown to them they send their enquiry direct to me instead of the person or firm it's meant for.
In most cases I'm able to ask the enquirer (especially if it's a telephone enquiry) to locate the right profile page and make contact directly.
Most of the enquiries are from UK based consumers or trade people. However, occasionally I'm contacted by people from further afield.
This morning I received an enquiry from a resident in near Boise, Idaho in eastern Oregon.
The enquirer said: " [I] love your product! would love a new driveway using cobbletech! Are their [sic] any cobbletech retailers near me?"
I've passed the enquiry directly to Marshalls...you never know!

A reasonable idea Phil.
Marshalls tell me they have a company making the product in Chicago so it's possible, providing the client is genuine and it's a reasonable sized order, that Marshalls could go on and win a sale.
