I was looking at the practicalities of using a liquid feed in these dry conditions....... not so sure its that practical as the stuff I looked at needed a lot of dilution which would involve numerous knapsack sprayers...... probably ok if you've got a huge motorised tank to fill up! Logically, you will need a lot of dilution to get it to penetrate into the root area and not just the surface. I suspect you might have to wait till there's some heavy rain forecast.

I would agree with Robbie , but mix some wetting agent with it to help take it up better through the grass .
Thanks Robbie/Rich see that this product is dissolved in 300L of water, what do you use to apply? bit much for a back pack sprayer!
at the moment in the dry conditions water is more important than food as the grass has virtually stopped growing feeding it will scorch the grass even if you use a liquid feed the water evaporates off in minuets leaving the feed burning the leaves (which round our way are nearly brown anyway)
The 300L is for 1 Hectare
Application Rate: 20-40 kg/ha (300 - 600L of water)
That breaks down to roughly...
30-60L per 1000m2 depending on strength of the product you wish to use.
2 - 4 Kg per 1000m2 of 46-0-0
You can also add in some Herbicide and do a cheap as chips weed and feed, although probably best not to do it in drought conditions.
