Evergreen 4 in 1 is pretty good. If the lawn is heavy with moss and the client doesn't want the full moss treatment I'll just apply a liquid feed from ALS to focus on the grass.
The only thing I use as an all in one
The big question is does 'Renovator' scorch? Is it like Evergreen insomuch as application needs to absolutely spot on or can it be applied using a broadcast spreader (like the Green Thumb people use)?

Can be tricky to use in this weather - the amount and frequency of the rain makes a granular weedkiller that works in the soil at risk of washing away before its had time to work. A liquid spray weedkiller will dry and rainfast quicker allowing you to apply while dodging showers. Our granular 3 in 1 will be absorbed quickly as its a mini-granule and good strength of weedkiller & iron too...
